Warranty Notes

WARRANTY AND DETAILS:

All warranty periods indicated are from Tbsoman.com, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by Tbsoman.com. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Tbsoman.com warrant any product for use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turn-around times. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship, or even next-day to-your-door replacement warranty services.

Tbsoman.com can help facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service. For any products that have a warranty, Tbsoman.com will not cover shipping charges.

If the product is determined to be defective and it is covered by our warranty policy, you will be informed and when it will be ready will be shipped out as soon as possible or you have to come to our office for pick up when it will be ready for pick up and you will be informer by e-mail or phone.

If customer will use for picking up and dropping our service for repairs and maintenance, he will be charged OMR 50/- (Fifty Rial) for our pickup and drop services. Otherwise customer has to arrange delivery to our office and pickup from office after service.

For any defective products you will have to wait an estimated 2 to 6 weeks until Tbsoman.com gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier.

If the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged for shipping charges.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact Tbsoman.com by phone or email to address the problem. Our team will be registering your complain and guide you the next steps.

You will be required to ship the defective item back to Tbsoman.com with your order details labeled on the package. Also include a copy of your invoice and any email correspondence you have had with our support staff. Tbsoman.com recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as Tbsoman.com does not warrant a physically damaged product. Tbsoman.com does not accept packages sent collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping and provide the necessary information and receipt for reimbursement, if applicable.

MOBILE PHONES, SMART PHONES STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR WARRANTIED MODELS ONLY

  • Return for refund within: 7 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
  • Return for replacement with in: 7 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
  • Warranty: 1 year
  • Note: Mobile Phones or Smart Phones if we are selling with warranty, we will indicate about warranty period in invoice. If in invoice we did not indicate warranty this is meaning Mobile Phone or Smart Phone without warranty! This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Warrantied Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones. Items covered by this policy can be returned within 7 days of the invoice date. Warranty pick & drop from customer location (only within Oman) will be free of charge within 7 days of the invoice date. But in case wrong information about faulty of items, customer will be charged OMR 50/- (Fifty Rial) for pick & drop service. The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty and replacement.

  • In invoice not indicated warranty period
  • Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
  • Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
  • Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones that were missing parts, box, headphones or any other accessories from the original box
  • Returned without original invoice
  • Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones which not satisfying manufacturer warranty policy
  • Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones which is not satisfying Customer Satisfaction policy

This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for NON Warrantied Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones. Items covered by this policy cannot be returned.

TABLETS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

  • Return for replacement with in: 14 days
  • Restocking Fee: Yes
  • Warranty: 1 year software and 3 month hardware

This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Tablets. Items covered by this policy can be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. Warranty pick & drop from customer location (only within Oman) will be free of charge within 7 days of the invoice date. But in case wrong information about faulty of items customer will be charged OMR 50/- (Fifty Rial) for pick & drop services.

This is our Standard Return Policy for Promotional, Deals, Sale, Discount and Selling With Supper Low Price Products. Items covered by this policy must be returned for replacement within 14 days of the invoice date. Will be applied Restocking Fee from 15%. No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or superlow price.
